BOOKING
The booking is definite and binding as soon as we get a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer and we send you a confirmation of it.
Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. The cancellation can only be accepted in written form. In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):
- Cancellation by 30 days prior to arrival: the down payment (deposit - caparra confirmatoria) will be withheld.
- Cancellation by 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 13 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 7 days within to the arrival: 100% of the total amount
In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount
With the payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) you confirm to have read, understood and legally accepted all booking and cancellation terms.

In the ski schools you will receive private tuition (3 consecutive hours) - for the price of 2. This super offer is valid for all accommodation facilities taking part in this offer (marked with a special symbol). If you spend 3 days with us, we will give you day number 4 for free and if you spend 6 days with us, we will give you 2 extra days at no additional cost.

The offer is valid for accommodation and ski pass at all the accommodation facilities participating in this offer and are marked with a special symbol. The offer is valid from March 18th, 2023 to the end of the season (April 2023).

- 6=5 - ski pass and ski hire for 6 days for the price of 5
To qualify for your free ski pass day, please get the relative voucher from your hotel/guesthouse.

Important information:
The special offer Dolomiti Springdays is only valid in combination
