Everyone is familiar with the comfortable heat provided by a good old traditional tiled oven.

The heated bench is similar to an oven in terms of the radiated heat and temperature quality it provides. The air is heated ever so slightly, in contrast with the bench. As you rest on the bench your body relaxes and is regenerated in a natural and beneficial way.
